Just Train Fun

The first weekend in January, Noah and I spent the weekend at my brother's house in McKinney while Jeremy headed back to Arkansas for the funeral of a family friend.  Let's just say, fun was had, and a lot of trains were involved!
Mimi, Papa, and I took Noah to Northpark Mall to see the train exhibit before it closed after the holidays.  Needless to say, the boy was enthralled!  The set-ups are pretty elaborate.  This might need to be a holiday tradition for us!

Wonder.

This red and blue US Postal train was his favorite.  He insisted, about 500 times, that he would get one for Christmas.

Cousin Madison and her mom joined us.

Love this one. Watching the musician play at Spooners while we waited for dinner was pretty cool.
Mini-cupcakes means you need two for dessert.

Madison enjoying some sort of brownie sundae.

Two cuties.
And then the piece-de-resistance (or something like that), my brother happens to remember that he has his old electric train out in the garage and decides to bring it out.  They worked and worked trying to get it running properly.
There was a lot of "No touch, Noah!" going around. ;)

Madison even read him his favorite book.

Snuggle and Nabi time with uncle Scott. Showing off your new Android is important.
